We stayed here for a few days prior to our Seine River cruise. The property is centrally located to many great restaurants, the Metro, and shopping. In addition, you are within walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. As part of our package we were treated to a buffet breakfast that had an amazing selection of pastries, hot foods, and meats and cheeses. There is a unique garden in the middle of the property, which hosted several parties while we were there. The bar is very small, but well stocked. The garden was wonderful just sit and enjoy some peace and quiet after a long day of touring.
The rooms were surprisingly large and well appointed.
The staff was very friendly and attended to our every request in a timely manner. -

This was our first time in Paris- we went straight to the hotel after arriving- so the staff here were the first locals we encountered. I cannot say enough about what a great experience and a great first impression we had while we visited. Every employee, most especially the front desk staff, were beyond helpful. We do not speak any French and thought we may have an issue, definitely not the case. I am grateful to have booked with Marriott, I got more than I expected by staying here.

What a terrible restaurant in this hotel. We have been waiting 20 minutes for service. Meanwhile, three employees behind the bar are conversing with one another. We are not the only ones who are not getting service-everyone is being ignored.
I would have imagined that an expensive, fancy hotel like this would offer better service. Very disappointing.
I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. We are not staying at this hotel so I cannot comment on that - just on the restaurant. -

The Renaissance Paris Le Parc Trocadero Hotel is perfect from start to finish. It's in a wonderful spot in the 16th arrondissement surrounded by plenty of cafes, patisserie's, restaurants, and within walking distance of so many famous Paris hot spots and sightseeing.
The hotel is easily found on in the middle of the avenue it's own and has wonderful customer service from the moment I checked in until I left. It's truly exceptional. Their attendants speak many languages and bear with you while they smile and let you stumble through your broken french AKA: (me, they politely listened to me butcher french and helped me along as well when I forgot words). The hotel is gorgeous, old school by design, but elevated and chic and timeless.
The hotel lobby is where the wifi is the best, not that you'll be really needing it while you're there if you're there for pleasure. They have a lobby bar, and a gorgeous restaurant as well where you can eat your meals at. Fun fact, I found out their restaurant is a Michelin reviewed hot spot.
The rooms themselves are spotless. Always clean and their cleaning service is superb. I've never experienced a hotel with such attentive and dedicated cleaning staff. They provide daily cleaning as well as a turndown service. The comfort, cleanliness, level of noise, and the nonstop 5 star customer service has made me a fan of this location. They take every step to ensure that your visit and stay with them is as comfortable as possible, even calling to ensure that you have your travel arrangements made the day prior to leaving, being available via the hotel's chat app, and always being proactive instead of being reactive.
I'd highly recommend this hotel for their location and superb service. I'd absolutley stay here again. -

This is a great property. We stayed here for two nights on a recent trip to Paris. We had two rooms for 4 people and had one upgraded, thanks to my status with Marriott.
Pros:
- Great location: 15-min walk to the Eiffel Tower or Arc de Triomphe
- lots of eateries nearby
- Rooms were clean and updated, albeit small. However, all hotel rooms are small in Europe.
- The breakfast was nice and had a good selection of food.
- WiFi worked ver well.
Cons:
-The only one I can think of is the shower not being fully enclosed. It has just a pane of glass that doesn't even cover half the length of the tub. So, you end up splashing water all over the floor if you use it like a typical American shower. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.
